- Child birth dates in the format 01.12.08 (2-digit month, 2-digit day, 2-digit year - use periods instead of slashes or dashes) should not be written as 1.1208 or 1.12.2018 or 01-12-18. If you would like to change "Dad" to something else, please let us know.
